Day+West's first collection was developed in partnership with the Mayo-Clinic-backed SkinSAFE and formulated for most skin types, but especially kind to sensitive skin. Free of fragrance and harsh ingredients that may strip or irritate skin, our collection is intended to soothe, hydrate and replenish. We leverage gentle but effective ingredients, many of which are sourced in nature, to produce luxurious moments of intimate self-care. Should you have specific skin concerns or allergies, recommend consulting a medical professional before use. Some of our products do contain nut products, such as organic Almond Oil, so please check our full ingredients lists to ensure our formulas are free from allergens that may cause a personal reaction.

All of our products are designed to be seamlessly integrated with each other. Our Strong Whisper Face Mist would be step one - sprayed gently onto clean skin, mindful that your eyes are closed. Many of our customers prefer to follow with the Gentle Armor Face Cream, which can be gently patted on the face and neck. The finale would be a few drops of Quiet Force Face Oil patted on the face and neck to lock in moisture. However, Quiet Force can also be mixed with Gentle Armor, and even added to your body lotion of choice to juj up and maximize hydration. For full instructions, please see Full Product Descriptions.

No. Neither Day+West nor our contract manufacturer conduct any testing on animals.

Yes! Our ingredients are free of gluten and all are vegan.

Day+West's Phyto Resilience Blend™ highlights four key botanical ingredients across all our first collection of products - which are replete with antioxidants and rich with linoleic acid to combat free radicals, nourish, and soothe delicate skin. Strawberry Seed and Blueberry Fruit Extracts boost collagen production and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Calendula and Prickly Pear calm and hydrate reactive skin. Our formula is also rich in Fatty Acids to strengthen and protect skin against environmental and light aggressors. You can read more about the blend here.

While our product offerings are not USDA-certified organic, Day+West uses organic, cold-pressed or EcoCertified, USDA-Certified Bio-Based Ingredients where possible. 

Much thought was put into our packaging selections. In addition to creating objets d'art that we hope you will cherish and re-use, our components are all made of a high percentage of post-consumer recycled glass and post-consumer recycled plastic which can also be recycled. Our secondary packaging is also made from post-consumer recycled Forest Stewardship-Certified paper. Ground Shipping is complimentary when you spend $100.00 or more on your purchase. Ground Shipping usually takes 3-5 days once shipped. Express Shipping is also available, but for an additional cost determined at checkout.

We do! At this time, we offer USPS ground shipping to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you are able to return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order. To initiate a return, please send an email with your Order Number and reason for a return to customercare@dayandwest.com. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. 

Upon receipt of return request, we will send you a shipping label and an email with instructions on how to return your items. Once we have received your items, we will refund your original payment less a shipping fee. Returns may take up to 14 days of receipt to fully process your refund.
